HOUSE RULES AND RATES

You will be staying in a B&B where the entire apartment is reserved exclusively for guests.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to show your ID for the required registration with the relevant authorities.

Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

There is also the option of self check-in, so you can arrive with complete ease, independence, and peace of mind.

Bookings can be made through direct contact, and once confirmed, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night will be required.

In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the property.

The B&B accepts payments by debit card and credit card.

I’m sorry, but I’m unable to accommodate pets, as the space is not suitable for ensuring them the freedom of movement and comfort they would need during their stay.

Only the guests included in the booking are allowed access to the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the B&B, but you are welcome to smoke on the veranda in complete relaxation.
